Seniors For Life Program
The Seniors For Life Program is a grant funded Program through the Tillotson Foundation especially for anyone 55 years of age or older. Activities include a weekly guest speaker, water aerobics with Gina Brown, pool side Yoga with Kathy Frizzell, and daily refreshments.
Seniors Water Aerobics
1 Hour of water aerobics taught by a fellow senior or Joseph, one of the Rec Center's Lifeguards. Full body workout that is geared for seniors.

Seniors For Life Yoga
Come and join the Yoga class taught by Kathy Frizzell. Kathy is currently working on getting more flexible and stay that way. All yoga currently is being performed sitting or standing on Wednesdays. Friday Yoga class is more advanced with mat work.
